How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are usually shipped with 2 business days. If for any reason shipping is delayed, we will notify you via email immediately. Please allow between 2-10 business days for Australia Post to deliver your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Just choose the country you’re shipping to in the drop down box and we will send you a postage quote asap. We use International Economy, so it may take 10 days (or more) to receive your package. Please click the link to Australia Post if you want more information about their postal timing.


We make every effort to ensure that your Lip Lip purchase arrives to you in ready to apply, perfect condition. On the off chance you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. EMAIL US

What is the expiry date for Lip Lip products?

All products have a shelf-life of 18 months. Our lip balm should be used within 12 months of opening. To ensure Lip Lip products longevity, always replace the cap after use and keep water tight.

Do you test any of your products on animals?

NO! We guarantee that all of the Lip Lip products and the raw ingredients used to make these have NOT been tested on animals. We choose to test our products on people, not on pets! We like them WAY too much for that nastiness!

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

Yes. Lip Lip is dedicated to reducing our waste footprint on this precious planet.

  • Our plastic tubes and labels are recyclable.
  • All correspondence, invoices etc are printed on recycled paper. We use recycled envelopes and all paper products are fully recyclable.
At Lip Lip we take environmental matters and our ongoing sustainability very seriously and actively work together with the One Tree Planted organisation. We are proud to say that for EVERY SINGLE lipbalm purchased, one tree is planted to help rebuild and sustain precious habitats, provide shade and filtered water and offset carbon emissions. Why do some of the Lip Lip balms melt or change consistency when it is hot?

We do not use synthetic/artificial stabilisers or emulsifiers. We do not pack our products with chemicals to synthetically stop them from melting and as a result, our pure, natural products are sensitive to extreme temperature changes. Our products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm delivery trucks, mailboxes or on front doorsteps. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and unfortunately (much to our dismay) we can’t control the weather, we recommend you keep your balms within 4-30 celcius (39.4 – 86 farenheit). Avoid keeping them locked away in your car on a hot day or baking in the direct sunlight at the beach. If your balm melts a little, pop it in the fridge for 30 mins and it will become hard again and ready for use.

We use Australia Post to post your Lip Lip purchase to you.
Postage within Australia is free for all orders.
International postage is calculated in the postage section of the checkout.
